This four-day event is designed for women in business to take time out to develop their business, themselves and their golf.
Receive coaching & guidance from PGA Advanced Fellow Professional Nicky Lawrenson, plus guest speaker presentation and Q&A with Clare Balding. You’ll play fantastic golf courses within the beautiful Sotogrande region. For first time golfers and those new to the game, there will be an opportunity to develop the fundamentals with structured coaching clinics, plus putting it all into practice on the Alto Club Par 3 course on the final day.
But this event isn’t just about golf. It’s about you, it’s about your business, it’s about growth. During the event you will also have the chance to enjoy workshops highlighting the powerful transferable skills and successful mindset principles running parallel through golf, life & business.

With over 25 years of international coaching experience, she combines her expertise as a PGA Professional and TPI Level 3 instructor with her work as a certified Master NLP Practitioner, specialising in performance mindset and human potential.
In 2025, Nicky was awarded Advanced Fellow status by the PGA. She is also passionate about empowering businesswomen through golf, leading to the creation of Women in Golf & Business—a platform that helps women expand their networks, influence, and wellbeing while building confidence, focus, and self-belief through the game.
Clare Balding is an award-winning British broadcaster, journalist, and author, widely recognised for her work across sports and major national events. She has been a leading presenter for the BBC, covering occasions such as the Olympics, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, and the Olympic Games opening and closing ceremonies.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer?
Not at all. The event is designed to be inclusive and supportive. Coaching sessions are in place for new golfers whilst seasoned golfers and those with on-course experience will enjoy multiple rounds on some of Spains top courses, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable, regardless of experience level.
